Lina turned her passion into a powerhouse. After starting in finance, she followed her calling to the kitchen—launching a food truck that grew into Caribbean Pearl Catering.

A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, Lina honed her craft in some of NYC’s top restaurants and catering companies before founding CPC in 2013. Since then, she’s become known as a culinary storyteller, blending bold Caribbean flavors with elevated technique.

Her team has catered everything from intimate backyard weddings to high-profile events for clients like the Clinton Foundation. Her work has been featured in Junebug Weddings, Long Island Realtor, and she’s earned WeddingWire’s Couples’ Choice Award for excellence in wedding catering.
